Any organization seeking to be awarded a federal contract — including all defense contractors — must be registered in SAM.gov, and the registration must be current.
SAM.gov stores company information (legal name, address, NAICS codes, CAGE code, banking information for payments), representations and certifications, and assertions of compliance with various federal requirements.
